With the exception of Falling Branch Angus, all our Jacks are direct descendants of Miss Molly

Our Jacks are well socialized having been born and hand raised in our home. They are born hunters of incomparable intelligence who love to cuddle next to you or on you lap while you are seated and to crawl under your blankets to allow you to share their bed.

Miss Molly

Miss Molly was our original Jack Russell Terrier. She was tan and white, very spannable, and 12.5" high. She is seen here upon the occasion of her first meeting with Rowdy who sired her first two litters.

Dogwood Glen Puff O'Wind

Puff O'Wind (Rowdy X Miss Molly) is 13.5" tall, BAER & CERF normal.

The photo at the right is the latest picture taken of Puff O'Wind.   She is not happy posing in front of some of the ribbons and awards she won in 2005.  This was her first year of competition as an over veteran and she did a great job considering she delivered a litter of pups on March 17, 2005.

Listing is in progress and will be shown here shortly.

Dogwood Glen Daisy Mae

Dogwood Glen Daisy Mae (Dogwood Glen Wotan X Dogwood Glen Sweetie Pie) 13.5", tri-colored, broken-coated, BAER & CERF normal, has an extremely spannable chest.

On her third time in the field she earned a Natural Hunting Certificate to Opossum and is actively attempting to show the groundhogs in the area that she is a factor to deal with.
She earned her Trial Certificate before she turned a year old (but is not so sure she likes g-t-g now that she has learned what hunting is really about) and has won Champion as well as Reserve Champion ribbons in Performance for her combined skills in Racing, Go-to-Ground, and Conformation.

Sweetie is also the proud mother of Dogwood Glen Daisy Mae who won the Under 6-9 Month Racing Championship both Saturday and Sunday at the Magnolia Classic trials in Germantown, Tennessee Novermber 2004.

Dogwood Glen Sugar Babe

Sugar Babe (R.A. Puck X Dogwood Glen Puff O'Wind) BAER & CERF normal, tan and white, smooth coated, 12.25", with a spannable chest loves to hunt.  When she is not intimidating the opossums, squirrles, rabbits, moles, birds, cats, and skunks that take a notion to wander onto our property, she enjoys her times in the field and has worked groundhog with relish.

Wotan sired his first litter this past year.  Three of the pups have been in training here and look to be top competitors.  One of these three, Dogwood Glen Daisy Mae, has already won several Championship prizes in Racing, Go-to-Ground, and Performance.  Her latest Championship was at the Magnolia Classic in Germantown, TN, where she won the 6-9 Month Under Pup Racing Championship both Saturday and Sunday.

Falling Branch Angus

Angus, with friend Jim Tracy, on his first trip to the field and his first introduction to groundhog. He seemed to have much more fun with the skunk in our front yard a couple of years later. I know what I would rather have him hunt!
